Payment and conditions

After ordering we will send you an invoice by email as confirmation of your order. After receiving your payment we will send your order by registered mail. Please allow a period of five days between payment and delivery.

All prices on this website include 19% VAT, excluding delivery.

Guarantee
Hellen van Berkel guarantees all products are well made and in accordance with the specifications stated.
The quality of recycled material may vary. All materials are carefully selected but some deviations or irregularities may occur. Computer monitor colour representation varies and can be responsible for colour deviation as well.

Care recommendation: dry cleaning or hand wash (30  C) in mild detergent.

Return
If the product does not live up to your expectations, you may return the item to us in the original packaging (at your expense) within 10 days. Please send us an email to announce the return of the package. We will confirm the receipt of the package by email. Please state your bank account number so we can refund you (within two weeks).
