The Rijksmuseum exhibited a historic overview of the “Late Rembrandt” paintings in February 2015. Covering his last years of work 1652-1669. Hellen was asked to develop a scarf especially for this exhibition.

Design
Hellen chose to use one of Rembrandts etches, and tried to show the procedure of the etching technique. A negative is drawn with a thin needle into a metal plate. When pressed onto a piece of paper with ink, the positive drawing is visible.
